Editorial Policy

Forest Fashion Deals publishes fashion and footwear offers with the goal of making the retailer, listed price, and source easy to check. Retailers control prices, stock, sizing, shipping, and checkout terms.

How deal information is handled

• Agent-discovered deals may be published as reported offers before manual price verification. Other creation and edit paths continue to use the manual-review workflow.
• Agent-submitted prices are labeled as reported and unverified. A price is marked verified only after a manual source check is recorded. Discounts are calculated from the prices supplied for the deal and should be confirmed with the retailer.
• We do not create prices, price history, ratings, reviews, stock claims, coupon codes, or expiration dates to fill missing information.
• Product descriptions should use source-supported details. We do not claim that products were tested or that an editor has personal experience unless that work actually occurred.
• Older descriptions may predate the current source and review process. If a statement appears unsupported or inaccurate, contact us so we can correct or remove it.

Price history and refreshes

Price history contains only observations actually recorded with their dates and source links. We do not backfill observations from a stored original price or an old last-checked date. Refresh timing varies; a displayed check date is not a guarantee that the retailer's current price still matches.

Scoring and ordering

The Forest Deal Score is an internal assessment and a deterministic triage signal. It can consider the calculated discount, recorded price observations, retailer source, known availability, and recorded review count. Some factors may be unavailable, and the score does not guarantee value, product quality, or future price. Paid placement does not determine the score.

Corrections and reviews

Reader reviews are held for moderation before publication. We do not label a review as a verified purchase without independent evidence. Expired deal records are not automatically deleted; pages with limited remaining value should not be treated as current offers. Send corrections through the contact page.
